BIM Modeling.

Used by industry pro’s - From architects and designers to engineers and contractors, parametric BIM files have quickly become the new standard for top tier brands and their products. Providing customers with custom-crafted, 3D BIM models is critical in todays tech-driven world.

  • With our client’s input and provided product specifications / documents (if not available to the public), our team is able to create exact, and/or physically identical, extrusions or parts for ‘virtual assembly’ later in our workflow.

Due to manufacturer privacy needs, exact BIM replicas may not be of interest. To aid in design and planning needs for their clients, however, replicas of products can still be produced without requested specifics.

  • Using ‘Sub-Families’, a methodology we’ve developed creating parametric BIM families, allows us to embed features and parameters in an organized and more precise manner. It has also proven beneficial when it comes to maintenance and adding features to the base file in the future.

Conversation in regards to parameters (functions that are customizable by the end user) are to be had early in the creation process. Although parameters make BIM products unique and can be critical in highlighting product features in a 3D space, parameters can prove to be complex and time consuming in constructing. Each desired feature that is requested be included in the finished product may have an added effect to overall cost and lead time.

  • Upon completion of production, the BIM file is delivered to our contact on file. If desired, an example project can be created where the created BIM file is in use as intended. If further guidance is needed instructional videos can be created (contact for more information).

Our team understands our success is governed by your success. If there are any corruptions, issues, or bugs reported to our team within the first month after delivery, our team will provide assistance free of charge.
