Estimated lead times on orders vary depending on size, demand, and current workload. Once given the go-ahead to proceed, orders consisting of less than 10 line items are typically produced within 5-10 business days.
R+D, however, is committed to a maximum production time of 20 business days on all orders - regardless of their size. If special accommodations due to time constraints are needed, shorter lead times may be feasible but may be subject to added charges depending on current workloads. All drafting orders placed with R+D Studio include a revision at no cost to the customer if submitted within one month of completion of said order. Revision times vary depending on the workload at the time of said revision request. If further revisions are needed, R+D may charge services at an hourly rate of $150/hour or submit a new contract(s) in regards to the added scope for approval.
