R+D Studio is a collective of eager young design and construction professionals, working primarily in HI, AZ, and CA, with a knack for developing the built environment respectfully, responsibly, and without creative compromise.  Founded in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2020, we specialize in all phases of design, construction, and project management. Leaders of R+D have continuously observed lackluster attempts in providing clients architectural, construction, and overall design services. Services that are critical to the success of a project.

The dream-work of R+D was assembling a collective of design and construction visionaries who are capable of stepping into any project type and scenario to provide timely yet impacting services from custom new construction projects to small renovations. Years of professional experience have built resounding respect and appreciation for specific products we believe make a project more successful.

R+D Studio is considered an expert in Fleetwood Window and Door products and is committed to assisting clients, architects, contractors, and certified dealers with any and all design and service requests in regard to these luxurious fenestration systems. R+D continuously assists this important clientele with custom configuration drawings and details, using factory standards and schematics, for easy preparation and installation - ensuring all parties are routinely communicating creating a productive, yet transparent, workflow.
